Greetings from Seattle!

Yep! We're in Seattle! Dr. Megme is taking a CE course here at the Westin in downtown Seattle. Since she also doubles as a human baby bottle, we decided to bring baby Ava along for the ride! Unfortunately, Gainesville has the worst airport ever (stupid Gators), and we missed our connection in Atlanta. Fortunately, they were able to book us on a flight 2 hours later. Ava had her very first Crown Room experience! She did so very well during the 4 hour 45 minute flight that we received lots of compliments from fellow passengers!

Our hotel room sits on the 41st floor with a great view of the Space Needle, Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Here's a pic looking out our window (Space Needle in the background).

Here's Ava getting ready to brave the 45 degree temps...

While Mom is busy learning, Ava and I plan to walk down to the Pike's Place Fish Market to see the flying fish and maybe the Seattle Aquarium (we'll see how well she does)! Later tonight, I'm going see my college roommate Keeling's band, Gryphon, play a gig!

Sorry for the poor picture quality (these were taken on my phone). More to follow...

I do think Ava is a southern girl like her Mama. She doesn't look too pleased to have all those clothes on. Glad you're having fun, kisses to all.
OXOXOXOX,

It looks to me like Ava is ready for -45 degree weather. HAH. No go catch a fish at the market while you're holding Ava!
